Booking & Cancellation Policy
To confirm a booking, a deposit equal to at least the first nights tariff is required. In peak periods pre payment for more nights or the entire stay may be required. (At the managers discretion credit card details may not be processed in advance of arrival, but will not negate the following cancellation policy).
A cancellation fee is charged after a cancellation or “no show ” for a given night or nights and other booking requests have been denied. ie all accommodation has been booked out. This applies no matter how far in advance the cancellation order is placed.
The cancellation fee charged is equal to the tariff of affected night(s). Should these nights subsequently become booked by another party then a full refund will apply.
At the managers discretion a credit may be issued for the value of the nights where a cancellation fee has been paid. Such a credit is to be used within the following 12 month period. To receive the credit at least 1 night must be booked and paid for with the credited nights following on from this night.
